The Gertboard doesn’t come supplied with a parts list that you can cross reference. I created one for myself, and discovered a missing component which Farnell quickly replaced the very next day – thanks.

Hi Claypipe. I have to say that I phoned lunchtime one day and the replacement arrived next day at lunchtime, so I was pretty impressed.
Good luck with the build, I’ve done mine, and so far, most of it works. Ihave to build a load for the open collectors and get hold of a motor to check the motor controller, (plus the AVR/Arduino stuff) but, so far, the leds, button, DAC and ADC all work perfectly.

Same thing here. I rang Farnells, and the bits were here next day. This morning I fitted them, and I now have flashing lights.

I, on the other hand, managed to trash my connector cable from my Pi to the borad over the weekend. I made a new one with some old cable, but one of the pins is no longer connected for some reason. I’ll have to get a new one.
